Talsom was commissioned to manage the implementation and deployment of the complete solution for managing business travel and employee expenses throughout the entire company.

In a growing international industry in which travel has become commonplace—at a sometimes enormous expense—the use of cloud computing solutions to effectively manage travel and costs is a sound investment. The challenge related to these solutions is integrating them with in-house applications and providing training backed by a solid change management plan. In the case of Lassonde, we acted as project leader while maximizing the use of internal and external talent to achieve a common goal.

To develop an effective, company-wide system for managing business trips and expenses, Lassonde selected a new tool called Concur. This tool enabled the automation of the processes related to business travel and employee expenses. Lassonde used this opportunity to review, update and introduce several elements having to do with business travel and employee expenses.
